All sales are final. We stand by our products and services, but due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of defective or damaged items upon arrival.
Eligibility for Returns (if applicable):
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 10 days of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photos of the defect/damage for review.
- If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
